Marriott Luxury Collection,
Riviera Maya, Mexico - AHG Project
While collaborating with the AvroKO Hospitality Group (AHG), I played a key role in shaping the F&B strategy for a Marriott Luxury Collection all-inclusive resort. We began by conducting market research and immersive analysis to capture guest preferences and regional influences. This groundwork led to the creation of a comprehensive F&B matrix, featuring four unique restaurant concepts and three distinct bar experiences. Our approach included strategic planning, concept development, and naming for all seven concepts. The property is on track for its opening in Q4 2024.

Global - AHG Project
As part of the AvroKO Hospitality Group (AHG) team, I contributed to the concept development and F&B strategy for a series of globally scalable quick-service restaurants (QSR) aimed at both business and leisure travellers. These versatile concepts utilized cutting-edge technologies to optimize both the creation and delivery of F&B offerings, ensuring efficiency and profitability for owners.

Cancun, Mexico - AHG Project
In collaboration with the AvroKO Hospitality Group (AHG), I am working on a groundbreaking residences project in Cancún. This development includes the creation of three destination restaurants and three distinct bar concepts, all designed to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Our focus is on crafting a comprehensive F&B strategy, from concept development and strategic planning to menu structures and operational execution, ensuring that each venue aligns with the brand’s high standards for luxury and innovation.
