Cancun, Mexico - AHG Project
In collaboration with the AvroKO Hospitality Group (AHG), I am working on a groundbreaking residences project in Cancún. This development includes the creation of three destination restaurants and three distinct bar concepts, all designed to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Our focus is on crafting a comprehensive F&B strategy, from concept development and strategic planning to menu structures and operational execution, ensuring that each venue aligns with the brand’s high standards for luxury and innovation.
