The hospitality arm of the globally recognized AvroKO Group. AHG collaborates with some of the world’s most visionary restaurants, bars, brands, hotels, resort operators, and real estate developers, providing a comprehensive range of hospitality services including strategy and master planning, F&B concept development, operational development, marketing, and strategic implementation.

Since 2020, I have had the privilege of working closely with AvroKO Hospitality Group as part of their global consultants’ network. My contributions span several key areas of expertise, including operational strategy, research and development, strategy and master planning, visioning, F&B concept development, and F&B execution.

During my time with AHG, I have been involved in:

  • Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to inform all aspects of project development, from concept ideation to market positioning.

  • Strategy and Master Planning: Developing overarching strategies and master plans that align with the client’s vision, ensuring a cohesive direction for various hospitality projects, some of which are listed here.

  • Visioning: Crafting long-term visions for F&B outlets that are both innovative and grounded in market trends, while also enhancing
    guest experience.

  • F&B Concept Development: Creating unique and market-driven restaurant and bar concepts that reflect the brand and location’s identity, tailored to guest expectations.

  • F&B Execution: Leading the operational execution of F&B concepts, including menu development, service protocols, and staff training to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Operational Strategy: Designing operational frameworks that optimize efficiency and elevate guest service, from staffing plans to workflow optimization.
