Swiftsure wines is inspired by the awe-inspiring yet unforgiving Southern landscapes of New Zealand, renowned for producing world-class wines.
I have been actively involved in this project, focusing on several critical areas during its early development stage:
Operational Procedures: Establishing operational processes and best practices to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the venue, laying the foundation for long-term success.
Pre-Opening Strategy: Contributing to the pre-opening strategy, including recruitment planning, setting up training systems, and ensuring all teams are prepared for a successful launch.
People Experience: Focusing on creating a positive and effective people experience by designing training systems, developing policies, and implementing best practices to support staff well-being and team performance.
This project is still in its early stages, but the groundwork for both the guest and people experience is being laid.
