Culprit Dining Room & Bar, Auckland New Zealand
Culprit is the brainchild of renowned chef Kyle Street, who launched the restaurant in 2016 after building a distinguished career in London and Chicago, followed by the successful openings of Depot and Federal Delicatessen in Auckland. Culprit has since become a staple in the Auckland dining scene, celebrated for its innovative cuisine, exceptional service, and distinctive design.
Having previously worked with Kyle during the openings of Depot (2011) and Federal Delicatessen (2013), I was excited to collaborate with him once again on this project.
During this project, my role included:
Social Media Marketing: Developing and implementing impactful social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement with Auckland’s dynamic dining audience.
Recruitment Strategies: Devising targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Culprit’s teams, ensuring the restaurant maintains its reputation for exceptional service.
Enhancing People Experience: Working closely with Kyle to improve the overall people experience, focusing on staff well-being and team cohesion to create a positive and productive work environment.
