During this project, my role included:
Training Consultation: Providing comprehensive staff training and consultation to ensure the team was fully prepared to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Operational Best Practices: Implementing operational best practices to streamline processes, improve service efficiency, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Enhancing People Experience: Focusing on the employee experience by optimizing staff roles, and team dynamics.
Guest Experience: Designing and refining the guest journey to ensure that every aspect of the dining experience aligned with Black Barn’s reputation for excellence.
Hands-On Guidance: I was present during the Bistro’s reopening and trial run, providing direct support to the operational team and ensuring a smooth launch.
