Hotel Indigo is a collection of unique, independently owned boutique hotels that are part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Each Hotel Indigo property offers a personalized guest experience that reflects the local culture and surroundings of its specific location.
The project aimed to create a globally scaled hospitality experience that was both distinctive to the Hotel Indigo brand and aligned with its food and beverage (F&B) philosophy.
During this project, my involvement included:
Development of Two Distinct Typologies: We created two unique F&B typologies that reflect the brand’s philosophy and could be scaled globally across multiple properties.
Research and Market Analysis: Conducting comprehensive research and market analysis to ensure the new concepts would resonate with local markets while maintaining the overarching Hotel Indigo identity.
Operational Development: Working on operational systems to ensure seamless execution of the concepts, including staffing, workflow optimization, and service standards.
Owner's Guides: Develop detailed owner’s guides to facilitate the seamless integration of the new F&B concepts within existing properties, ensuring consistency with Hotel Indigo’s brand standards and identity.
This ambitious project sought to enhance Hotel Indigo’s F&B offerings across its global properties, providing a distinctive and memorable dining experience for guests while maintaining the brand's unique identity.
